Impeccable turnaround time and service from John. He was able to make a brand new sign for us right before the holidays! His communication was great as well, and was incredibly quick to make things happen. It is uncommon in any industry to see such efficiency- a refreshing change.

  A few years ago Johnny and his team put up my new signs and it was perfect. I recently rebranded with new logo and called Johnny back. Once again, he did an amazing job. It's a family business so his dad came out a few times to measure everything. The whole process was completed so diligently and so professionally. Even while they were installing [in the heat], I could see them smiling/laughing and talking to each other. It's all just so heartwarming. I'm absolutely grateful that they are a part of my journey, expansion, and business. The sign goes a long way. Every time I pull up to my office, it makes me smile to see the new signs up. They also painted the rim of the installation black for me [it was all rusted]. Last time we did two, this time around we did three [2 CITOTs and the Occupational Therapy sign]. I will be reaching out to them to put up signs at my second location soon. You guys are the best!

  We recently moved offices and had a need to relocate our reception sign. I contacted Sign Crafters, Inc. using their website. The very next day, I was in touch with Johnny and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The deal was made and an appointment was set for the relocation of the sign. Joey & Mario were very professional, polite and had such attention to detail. If you're not using them, you will regret it. Customer service on point.

  Called them for a quote to repair a letter, Johnny asked me to text pictures. Pictures were texted and received. He quoted a price, I asked if he could send a document with quote in an email (the repair involves property management), he said yes. I waited a week, no email. I called again the following week, mentioned that I was waiting for a quote in an email and they gave me the email [email protected]. They asked me to email them the photos. Photos were emailed to this address. Received a reply stating that we never spoke and that I had the wrong address.

I drove to their shop with the letter during normal business hours, they were closed.

Not angry, just disappointed. Will look elsewhere.

  We're so glad that we went with Sign Crafters. Johnny was professional and great to communicate with from our initial conversation, mockup and up to installation. He always gets back to me no matter what time I emailed or called him. He and his brother Joe was able to re-create our vision/design and the sign came out BEAUTIFUL. We are so pleased with their work. When we get our 2nd store, we will definitely be using them again. If anyone needs storefront sign, I recommend you call Johnny. The Estrada brothers will take good care of you.
