I love my sign so much! Even though I've owned a small business for 8 years, this was my first experience with this type of project and I was really out of my element. Johnny was easy to work with, responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. I sent him my logo files, and the specifications, and that was it. He worked with the city to get the permits, and the landlord to get approval, and took care of everything. Highly recommend! Thanks!

  We recently moved offices and had a need to relocate our reception sign. I contacted Sign Crafters, Inc. using their website. The very next day, I was in touch with Johnny and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The deal was made and an appointment was set for the relocation of the sign. Joey & Mario were very professional, polite and had such attention to detail. If you're not using them, you will regret it. Customer service on point.

  Called them for a quote to repair a letter, Johnny asked me to text pictures. Pictures were texted and received. He quoted a price, I asked if he could send a document with quote in an email (the repair involves property management), he said yes. I waited a week, no email. I called again the following week, mentioned that I was waiting for a quote in an email and they gave me the email [email protected]. They asked me to email them the photos. Photos were emailed to this address. Received a reply stating that we never spoke and that I had the wrong address.

I drove to their shop with the letter during normal business hours, they were closed.

Not angry, just disappointed. Will look elsewhere.

  I can't tell you how much we appreciate SignCrafters for their diligence in the entire process.
First and foremost, I called SignCrafters because I was looking for a transformer for our neon lights that we already have and although Johnny didn't have any, he helped me look into some other places that may have it and gave me their information. This is above and beyond service! I knew we had to give him our business for our business signs that we needed.
A few weeks after, I reached out to Johnny for our sign quotes and to understand the timing process. He kept us updated the whole time, from going to the city for permitting, permitting approval, installation time frame. We just got our signs installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier with everything! It all looks so amazing!!! We are seriously so happy! Thank you so much Johnny, Joey and Mario! You guys are the best!!!

  Johnny and his team are amazing. They did our sign at my office and they were very professional and punctual. They offered all the services and knowledge in the industry. We got a brushed silver sign with the full-color logo that is halo lit from the back, it is beautiful and it complements my office perfectly. They were exceptional and I would recommend them anytime, I will use them in my future projects for signage and printing!
The installation of the sign was quick and easy, of course they even took great care with the electrical portion of the sign, I was very impressed. I will recommend them!!
