  Johnny was 'Johnny on the spot' in every way from my mock up to installation. Sign Crafters does beautiful work. They were detailed and efficient. Johnny was responsive and clearly articulated the project to me. Happy client here!

  Called them for a quote to repair a letter, Johnny asked me to text pictures. Pictures were texted and received. He quoted a price, I asked if he could send a document with quote in an email (the repair involves property management), he said yes. I waited a week, no email. I called again the following week, mentioned that I was waiting for a quote in an email and they gave me the email [email protected]. They asked me to email them the photos. Photos were emailed to this address. Received a reply stating that we never spoke and that I had the wrong address.

I drove to their shop with the letter during normal business hours, they were closed.

Not angry, just disappointed. Will look elsewhere.

  Wife and I recently opened up a mail store in Monterey Park, have great windows so decided on the perforated window vinyl signs. Did my homework and found prices online to be more affordable than local shops. My only issue was with the install, would have to do it myself. Videos look easy but don't be fooled. Called Johnny at Sign Crafters, told him my dillema and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He even included a round logo sticker for my door. Once I got the artwork to him stopped by the next day to measure and had his crew there 2 days later to install.

Couldn't be happier. Crew was friendly and efficient. Took a few hours and the quality is great. These signs are great because you can see out clear as day but a great advertising vehicle for a storefront.

Would highly recommend and use again. Expect to pay a bit more than what you will get online, but well worth the install and attention to detail Johnny and his team offer. Plus support a local biz!

  Like every other review here, Johnny and his team were amazing! From inception to finish, Johnny and his team were professional, responsive and friendly. They began work early, taking down the old sign and returning that to me. The following day they finished the sign! Johnny's workers worked so hard they worked straight through lunch! 100% would recommend Sign Crafters! Cheers, Johnny!

  We're so glad that we went with Sign Crafters. Johnny was professional and great to communicate with from our initial conversation, mockup and up to installation. He always gets back to me no matter what time I emailed or called him. He and his brother Joe was able to re-create our vision/design and the sign came out BEAUTIFUL. We are so pleased with their work. When we get our 2nd store, we will definitely be using them again. If anyone needs storefront sign, I recommend you call Johnny.
